Plain version: we collect what you type into the quote form, we use it to get back to you, and we don't sell it to anybody.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we receive the name, phone number, email address, property address and job details you enter. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type as part of serving and protecting the site.
How we use it
- To contact you about the quote you asked for
- To schedule and carry out work you hire us for
- To keep the records we need for accounting and insurance
We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Who else sees it
Form submissions reach our email through a third-party form service, and the website is served by a hosting provider. Both process the data on our behalf under their own terms. [Name the form provider and the host here once chosen.]
How long we keep it
Quote requests that don't turn into jobs get cleared out of the inbox periodically. Records for completed work are kept as long as we need them for tax and insurance.
